Servers are monitored 24 x 7 x 365 at five-minute intervals. Our proactive monitoring means that our staff gets at the problem immediately after the Server Down message. If the problem is not resolved within 10 minutes, the server will send a message to the owners to alert them of the problem. Meanwhile Cloudsoft experts will keep on addressing technical issues linked to the alarm response of Monitoring System.

It will cost no more than a robust and continuous operation of your server. Initial server setup in the monitoring system and introduction in the control and documentation system will cost you $50.00 regardless of the package you choose.
